EDERA makes Renaissance chamber-pop in Italian: lute-shadowed melodies and courtly vows carried on a modern cinematic pulse. The songs were found where ivy had taken the fresco, fragments of a court that history misplaced, and restored one single at a time.
Every restoration arrives with its own light: late gold through a loggia, verdigris and faded rose, dust turning in the air. The subjects are old and unresolved: devotion, peril, vanishing, and the beauty of things precisely as they fade.
EDERA is the third world of Pink Violet Records.
